Tanner DeFrancisco is the media specialist at Lockeland Design Center Elementary for MNPS. She graduated from University of West Florida with her BA in Elementary Education and University of West Alabama with her Masters in Library Media. She is in her 12th year in education, the past 7 in as an elementary school librarian.

Tanner's favorite picture book is Chicken Sunday by Patricia Polacco and her favorite children's author is Mac Barnett. When she is not reading, she likes to cook and spend time with her Goldendoodle, Birdie.
