Dr. Cindy Welch is in her 14th year as director of the school library program at the ALA-accredited School of Information Sciences, UT-Knoxville. She is the creator of the Best of the Best series of workshops and has been recognized as a UT Faculty Fellow for Experiential Learning and a UT Faculty Innovator. Dr. Welch once served as the Deputy Director for AASL - many moons ago!
